The Afflicted and Affected Internet broadcast is hosted by well-known radio personality and recovery lecturer Chris Schroeder, A&A adds dynamic webcasts for professionals and individuals in recovery.

The show highlights the most current and effective professional services and treatments for addictive illnesses as well as the latest tools available for building a successful long-term recovery. Shows will offer interviews and discussions with experts; post-show question and answer sessions; answers by experts in the field to specific audience questions; on-line polls that provide both national and international perspectives; and archived shows and videos covering specific topic areas.

Meet the Host 

Chris Schroeder is the Director of Media for C4 Recovery Solutions. In his role with C4, he has been tasked with hosting and developing the webcast show, The Afflicted and Affected, interviewing leaders in the addictive illness field and other interesting personalities revolving around the recovery world. Chris comes into contact with those who research and apply the latest methods of treatment and those who are a force in positive change in outcomes and funding both politically and in the media.

Chris has been a host of various TV and Radio Shows. He has been active lecturing at recovery centers, correctional facilities and graduate schools over the past 17 years promoting the abstinence/12 step processes. Chris is an internationally known speaker who has a great passion for helping those afflicted with alcoholism and drug addiction. Chris has worked in management of educational facilities since 1991. Chris is a co-founder of the organization "A National Association of Recovered Alcoholics and Addicts".

Rick Ohrstrom

SoberBulldog, Rick Ohrstrom, has a personal knowledge of the disease of alcoholism and addiction and has been involved in the addictions treatment area in both professional and advocacy roles for the past 15 years. He is the chairman of the board for C4 Recovery Solutions and has an extensive history in business enterprises.
